Symptoms

The query on the sessions are working fine, But facing issue while modifying the existing query and then trying to "save as" the query.

 

a> Below error can be seen while modifying & saving the query on the ixp subsystem and dictionary which are upgraded to New release, but the remaining subsystem were on old release.

  

"All sessions are not upgraded for this dictionary. please upgrade the session and try again".

  

 Could not save the query error_new dictionary

 

b> Below error can be seen while modifying & saving the query on the ixp subsystem which is still on Old release.

  

"Could not save the query: the dictionary SS7 MAP2 TDR_x.x.x has been upgraded. Query creation using old dictionary is not allowed."

 

Could't_save_query_OLD_dic

 

Changes

 Some of IXP subsystem and MAP sessions has been upgraded to latest release but other IXP subsystems were still on Old release.

Cause

Few IXP subsystems were not upgraded to latest release as of NSP and any modification in existing configuration were not allowed during PIC upgrade.
 

Solution

Let the upgrade be completed for all the IXP subsystems and Once the whole system will be upgraded the issue will be resolved.
