Symptoms

Subscriber profile is provisioned with several fields,however, some of the fields are found to be missing while doing Database extraction using DBX tool in SPR

Changes

1. The data captured trough extraction tool not necessary matches the current data of the SPR. The extraction tool can only extract information that is present at the moment the tool is running, Afterwards the data in the SPR can be modified by Sh interface or by Provisioning.

2. Configuration issues with Database Extraction tool.

Cause

There were configuration related issues found in settings of Database Extraction tool.

Solution

Customer was advised to add all services in DBX tool using following command in BlueCli of SPR active backend Blade :-

Database[]:DbxConfig[]> modify . DbxService = CamiantQuotaData,CamiantStateData,CamiantUserData,CamiantDynamicQuotaData
