Can not connect to sefos from the ES2 ILOM prompt.

ES2-> cd /SYS/fs_cli
Are you sure you want to start /SYS/fs_cli (y/n)? y
start: Connecting to Fabric SEwitch CLI
Sefos is not running, 3:Child PID 7529 exited with status 256
start: The session with /SYS/fs_cli has ended.

ES2-> start /SYS/sefos

Cause

This indicates that the switch chip will not initialize.

Solution

Remove AC power cords for 5 minutes and then power up and check if sefos will allow access.

If will not come up, then the next step is to replace the switch.
