Display in mainframe TSO.

RTD reported ECAM ERROR CC=5 RC=108
RTD R52XXV0X reported CMD reject: 80484027000000202000 >>1717<< 000000000000000000000000CE0E652059780000

SL8500 logs is showing messages below:

Cause

The customer mounted a volume with high density for T10000C.

Command rejected because a High Density tape is loaded in a low density drive. A low density drive cannot read a high density written tape. Only writes starting at block id 0 are allowed.
 

Solution

The volume that customer mounted on the drive was a high density tape and the T10000C can't read or write high density tapes.

The customer needs to mount this volume in a T10000D drives.
