Solution Type Problem Resolution Sure Solution 2394242.1 : ComAgent DSR MP cannot establish connection with iDIH

CauseThe likely cause is a DSR-IDIH sync issue. Solution(NOTE: For Releases prior to iDIH 7.2 you may want to check Doc 2226264.1 for a possible solution)
Please follow the below procedure to sync the data between DSR and IDIH: On Application guest: Login to application server as admusr and then change to tekelec user (sudo su - tekelec) Caution: running ant clean.data will remove the existing data. 2. Navigate to ~/apps/ and run ./trda-config.sh < SOAM VIP > On Mediation guest: Login to mediation server as admusr and then change to tekelec user Wait for 5 minutes after chgIntf.sh script is executed to verify if issue is still occurring.
Note: If issue is resolved then remaining steps are not necessary. If issue is still present then capture the following 1. On mediation server run the command “comDisp” to check the list of MP’s.
