In the Heath Check and in Host Activity log is seen that the cleaning cartridge is failing during mounts.

Solution

Recommend to customer to replace the cleaning cartridge with a new compatible cleaning cartridge for the Tape Drives.

===> After replacing the cleaning cartridge, the tape drive worked without problem.
