System showing alerts and customer had difficulty in identifying the problems

Symptoms

FS1-2 GUI shows system status as Warning, MaxRep GUI shows an error under Monitor tab, Agent Heartbeat.

Changes

 Data host server removed from MaxRep protection.

Cause

Change was made without removing MaxRep agent first.

Solution

 Using the IP address of the Control Server MaxRep Engine, remove missing agent from MaxRep using this URL http://<ip_address>/ui/unregister_host.php:

NOTE: This page is not otherwise accessible, you must use "unregister_host.php" in the URL.
