System showing alerts and customer had difficulty in identifying the problems SymptomsFS1-2 GUI shows system status as Warning, MaxRep GUI shows an error under Monitor tab, Agent Heartbeat. ChangesData host server removed from MaxRep protection. CauseChange was made without removing MaxRep agent first. SolutionUsing the IP address of the Control Server MaxRep Engine, remove missing agent from MaxRep using this URL http://<ip_address>/ui/unregister_host.php:
