SCCP cards were not able to load properly. In rept-stat-sccp command output in eagle STP, SCCP cards were reaching till 100%+ and then got stuck.
observed Link between Eagle and EPAP were also unstable.

Symptoms

SCCP cards were not able to load properly.

In rept-stat-sccp command output in eagle STP, SCCP cards were reaching till 100%+ and then got stuck.

Observed, Link between Eagle and EPAP were also unstable.

Changes

 

Cause

 Time difference between EPAP-A and EPAP-B server caused the issue of DSM unable to load successfully.

Solution

EPAP-A and EPAP-B has time difference, which needs to be corrected.

stop/start ntpd service at active EPAP server.
