Cause

Caching was being done for Oracle WebCenter Sites client on NFS share from ZFSSA.

Solution

Fundamentally, all caching should be done from the nearest resource.

Ideally, the fastest caching will always be from on-board memory.  If memory is in short supply, local disk would be the next fastest option.

As a last resort, an NFS network share from the ZFSSA can be used, but this is outside of Best Practices.
