Symptoms

7310 upgraded to ak/generic@2011.04.24.9.4,1-1.54 64-bit (2011.1.9.4). Now unable to manage the system.

Changes

Upgrade AK Release.

Cause

Networking issue (Customer environment ?)

Solution

Network datalink configuration:

store20:cnfiguration net interfaces aggr1> confirm shell dladm show-aggr -L
LINK PORT AGGREGATABLE SYNC COLL DIST DEFAULTED EXPIRED
aggr1 nge2 yes yes no no no no
-- nge1 yes yes no no no no
-- nge3 yes yes no no no no

There may be an issue with the aggr interface.

Suggested that the customer reboot their switch to see if it clears it up...

Customer reports after bouncing the switches its working again...
