Changes

Cause

Customer did not configured N-IDIH before performing network iDIH operation as customer environment is not suitable for network-iDIH i.e. cusomer's enviroment have each NOAMs on each geo-redundant site

Solution

To delete the Network trace from Protrace GUI we need to configure (N-IDIH configuration) on IDIH OAM GUI. Since customer environment is not suitable for network iDIH, we have to perform following steps:

1. Login to IDIH GUI-->IDIH OAM-->system-->"network IDIH" .

2. Click on "enable" button and  then click on "Add" button to  add the all network site.

3. Follow the steps mentioned in N-IDIH Sites of "IDIH Operation, Administration, and Maintenance Guide" (E63659_rev_01.pdf). Please note to mention local site in "Locale" while configuring IDIH site. It will create local network IDIH.

4. Go to Protrace GUI and delete the network trace .

Note:-Network/normal traces deleted from IDIH Protrace GUI, marked for deletion and those traces will purge from DB by nightly job run.
