Cause
The LED status indicated second fan unit of fan assembly in shelf 1200 is faulty.
Please find below the LED status of each fan unit of each fan assembly.

We swapped FAN unit 2 of fan assembly at shelf 1200 and FAN unit 2 of fan assembly at shelf 2200 and LED status was as below.
