Symptoms
Unable to sftp to iconnectiv servers from local LSMS servers.
Changes
Cause
There is a conflict between IP addresses within the known_hosts files that need to be resolved
Access to servers required in order for database changes to be received.
Solution
Here are the steps to resolve the issue:
1.While using the the command line interface run the following command: cat known_hosts.
2. locate the conflicting IP address and remove them by editing the known_hosts file using linux/unix commands.
3. Save the changes and then retry the sftp function.
