Bulk Cap SL8500 SSD will not return to centre position after opening on right side after closing In this Document

Bulk CAP SSD Service Safety Door The SSD motor was changed to no effect. The SSD sensors and cable were changed to no effect. The black skirt running along the bottom of the door was checked for alignment and obstruction and found to be clear. The Track Carriage Assembly on the ceiling was removed and inspected and found to be okay. The SSD was removed and inspected and found to be okay. The Safety Door guide in the floor was checked and found to be unobstructed. The Safety Door Guide alignment to the front of the library was checked and found to be correct. All cabling was checked for damage and plug seating ensured. Power levels to door motor was checked and found to be okay. The HBN2 card was replaced and made no difference. SymptomsService safety door on the right side, when facing the library doors, was not moving fully in it's return swing to the center position but stops after approximately 2cm. If assisted manually by inserting two fingers and giving the door a light push the door returns to the home position correctly. The left side SSD door functions correctly. ChangesInstallation of new bulk CAP library. CauseHBZ2 card failure. SolutionHBZ2 card replaced.
