"The cause of the intermediated errors is that the magazines (sometimes) do not sit tight when they are in locked position. They have the space to move up to 1-2 mm. During normal operation of the robot it creates minimal vibration. This lets the magazines move. In some cases this is enough for the latch in the back of the magazine to slip out of the sensor, then the fault occurs. SolutionLook at the magazines when they are pushed all of the way into a module to see if they are fully seating when pushed in. Refer to pictures that show a good fully seated magazine and a bad not fully seated magazine. If the magazines are not fully seated, then check the magazine sensors in the back of the module to make sure they are fully seated to the floor of the library and that the flag on the back of the magazine is not catching on the sensor and causing the magazine to not be fully seated. Refer to this knowledge doc for reference: SL150 - Magazine Does Not Fully Close or Latch (Doc ID 2164188.1) SL150 - Magazines Open Without Intervention Taking The Library Offline (Doc ID 2370958.1) Note: Attachment 3 is a video of the magazine where the latch is not fully engaged.
