Solution

As per the logs attached from the switch I could see no hardware issue, but just sensor (ASR) getting tripped for settings defined.
This can be monitored for few more days. (switch may show an incorrect time-of-day and log file timestamps will be inaccurate if RTC battery become empty)
The current indication is only because it crossed the threshold specified.
