Symptoms

The following faults are seen:

ilomconfig indicates that there is no host interconnect address:

ilomconfig -a shows that the ILOM interconnect's address is proper:

The messages file contains the following message near the time of the faults:

Cause

A failed USB memory stick was inserted into an external USB port (/pci@300/pci@1/pci@0/pci@2/usb@0/hub@2/storage@3/disk@0,0).

Solution

The USB stick was removed.
