Symptoms

Bot 1.3.0.1.0 was logging multiple event code 5416 on a calibrate_column command with Error from device Code: 502 - Robot can not find target with result code of 5416.Failed target calibration.

Changes

Cause

Cell array bottom target cracked (1,3,16,2,1). Re-aligned cell array bottom target audit clean.

Solution

The cell target 1,3,16,2,1 was re-aligned and audit complete. Need to order an inside wall cell array at some point

Replace the cell array ( ARRAY,14 CELL P/N : 313854703) to fix the issue permanently.
