Symptoms

After a power event caused temporary loss of power to one PDU in the rack, PS0 on both heads of the array continued to show faulty in the BUI after power was restored.

Changes

None.

Cause

Power supplies show faulty, but are actually OK.

Solution

The lights on the power supplies were ON, the ILOM showed the power supplies as OK.

From the CLI, the command 'raw hardware.refresh()' was issued, which caused AKD to re-read the hardware status which resolved the issue.
