Cause

 SDP2 support or FE testing SNMP alert from library

Solution

 Can close SR, provided that:
 - logs are attached to the SR
 - logs don't call out additional problems with that device
 
 Leave open for couple of hours, in case SDP2 support engineer is performing further tests.

Note: Before closing the SR, the owner should follow up with the person that triggered the ASR creation. That person might not be done with testing just yet. ASR should be kept open for at least a couple of hours, unless the person testing states that the ASR can be closed.

Send email to SDP2 Support email alias to notify SDP2 support engineer of site being tested and to confirm that SR can be closed.
