Solution
1. Replace PDU and check the status.
2. If the issue persists even after replacing PDU , make sure power source is WYE not DELTA.
3. Check power source from main power distribution. This is customer power resource and need customer electrician involvement.
Swapping power line between AC1 and AC2 .
4. If the issue persists even after swapping of the power line, then PDU cable assembly need to be replaced.
Note:- Downtime require for the activity.
