Tried rebooting and power-cycling several times. Inspected robot hand and drives for stuck tapes.
Symptoms
SL500 tape library crashed - currently INOP.

Changes
Cause
Stuck cartridge found in drive that was interfering with the robot.
Solution
Removed tape which was halfway out of drive, robot was jammed underneath the tape. Had to reset robot and perform a power on reset.
