Verify Demod process fails because we cannot get a quality servo signal on this channel.

Support Annotations:
T10000A/B/C/D FSC 5163 - This error can be caused by a tape that is leaving debris on the head(s). It may be the last tape that was on the drive or a previous one. Check to see if the drive still functions if a tape is loaded. If it functions ok then the problem was temporary and the head brush was able to remove the debris from the head. If the drive fails on subsequent mounts then the drive will need to be replaced.

Multiple permanent servo head clog type errors.

Solution

T10000A/B/C/D FSC 5163 - This error can be caused by a tape that is leaving debris on the head(s). It may be the last tape that was on the drive or a previous one. Check to see if the drive still functions if a tape is loaded. If it functions ok then the problem was temporary and the head brush was able to remove the debris from the head.

If the drive fails on subsequent mounts then the drive will need to be replaced.
