Cause

Cause could be one of the following :

  • Physically detects cartridge which is preventing robot detection.
  • Obstruction to robot hand or loose cartridges.
  • Very old library firmware which may be corrupted.
  • Cartridge present sensor not working on robot.

 

Solution

To resolve this error on library, perform below steps sequence which could resolve the problem at any step.

 Steps to Follow:

1. Remove all magazines and check each cartridge in the magazine for any physical defects or damage and reinsert all cartridge in slots.
2. Ensure that there is nothing obstructing the robot movement and robot path.
3. Take a library hard reboot and check for the error.
4. Power OFF library wait for 5 minutes and then power ON library and check for the error again.
5. Upgrade library firmware to the latest revision. Firmware enhancements have been added which may prevent the condition that causes this error.

If issue remains same after preforming above steps, continue with Step 6 and 7.

6. Restore library to "Factory Default Settings" this could fix the problem.
7. If all above steps have not fix the problem, order and replace the chassis.
