Link set table is (202 of 1024) 20% full.

Cause

There is a memory area on the MASP to store the status of device elements for particular link(s).
Due to some problem(we don't know exactly what is the trigger) , that memory for that linkset was not/improperly allocated.
This was causing the link status to be wrongly displayed.

Solution

This issue should resolve by rebooting both the MASPs (either one by one by issuing command

init-card:loc=< MASP loc>

Rebooting both MASPs together by issuing command

init-card:appl=oam
