ChangesNo known changes. CauseDamage to lip of the magazine clips causing magazine to not fit correctly (see photo). SolutionChecked all magazines and concluded that two magazines could be pulled out for approx. 5-10 millimeters. This caused the library to respond with the offline status (magazine removed). Checked all components, hinges, doors, magazines etc. Noticed the clips from both magazines weren't leveled like the other magazines (which worked OK). After careful investigation, we found the cause: the plastic front on both expansion units have clips on both left and right hand side. These lock into holes in the steel frame and stick out on the inside. The levers for the locking mechanism are very close to these parts sticking out on the inside. On both front panels, the clips had some damage (see photo), possibly due to forceful assembly in the factory (we never removed these front panels). The plastic was thicker than normal due to this damage. This was why the levers didn't fully close and fully lock the magazines. We took a sharp knife and carefully removed the plastic that shouldn't be there. After that, the magazines locked as they should and the play on the magazines was gone. This solved the accidental magazine eject problem and the library going offline.
