Symptoms
TO5 shows as offline on SLconsole Tried to restart from SLconsole but no luck.

Changes
Problem not resolved. Tape drive 1.1.1.1.4 replaced but the tray would not power on. Amber light in the back of the tray and no green light.
Cause
Bad component in drive tray assembly.
Solution
Replaced the HBD card in the drive tray.
