Media drive error.

Module 2 Top Drive 000041L7 (1X) 000042L7 (2X)
Module 2 Bottom Drive 000041L7 (1X) 000042L7 (2X)
Module 3 Top Drive 000042L7 (2X)
Module 3 Bottom Drive 000042L7 (2X)

If one volume shows up a lot, it may be a good idea to investigate if we have a bad tape
