SymptomsAlarm 'bubbles' may not appear or populate with any value, various screens opened from the left menu fail to show data or populate a table with values as expected. Symptoms can include other abnormalities as well. ChangesDSR OAM servers (NOAM, SOAM) have concluded software upgrade activity to a new release. CauseThis condition can be caused by stale data or formatting from the previous DSR release retained locally in the client browser cache. SolutionThe solution to this problem involves reloading or clearing browser cache, and may be different depending on type of web browser in use by the client. Suggested actions: 1.
