Symptoms

Following error is seen while importing the certificate from NOAM GUI: Main Menu--> Administration--> Access Control--> Certificate Management

X.509 Certificates Can be no longer than 2048 characters

Cause

This is a known Bug# 26801895 which is fixed in DSR 8.2

Modern certificates might be much larger that 2048 bytes long. Support import of larger certs.

Solution

The work around is to directly configure certificates in apache (httpd) and do not use the GUI.
