The drive was not able to successfully overwrite old data when ramping up to write.

Support Annotations:
T10000A/B - These errors can occur for one of two reasons:
1) the tape drive head is worn out - Run a health check and check for sliding diversity (SD) errors in the drive conditions tab.
2) the drive is getting servo offtrack errors. These typically occur on new tapes and can be worse on new drives. We have a code change for this problem. The code version is 1.48.105 for T10000A and 1.48.205 for T10000B drives. If the code needs to be upgraded contact t2 to schedule this activity with the customer.
