Drive 0,12,1,11 passed diagnostics and came back clean when power cycled it, however, do see some errors in the log so going to have the vendor check it. The drive has been varied offline in acs so it will not be available to NBU.

Symptoms

Per EBS1 T3 Admin, the backup job thinks it is still trying to mount that tape (FY3828) - Appears it is not getting the signal back that the tape was mounted.

In GO_TO_HOME state, the stepper motor move the HAA all the way to the bottom instead of data band 0. This is caused by bad skew adjustment.
