SymptomsHow to check the drive whether data compression is enabled or not from HP LTT CauseDrive keeps going down as seen from the backup application SolutionSuggest customer check the configuration of the drive from NBU Suggest customer check any tldcd child processes running if yes kill the child processes : 1. Find robot control host........ > run tpconfig -d on failing media server 2. check the hung tldcd process on robot control host > run /usr/openv/volmgr/bin/vmps on robot cntrol host (no child tldcds should be running)
