Symptoms

ComAgent Connection Down (19800) seen by several servers

Changes

Cause

Main Menu: Communication Agent -> Maintenance -> Connection Status

Showed that several servers had their ComAgent connection in Forming state to one particular server

Main Menu: Status & Manage -> HA showed that this particular server was placed in a OOS state by the user

This alarm is expected when a server is in this state

Solution

The Solution would be to address any issues associated with the server (which would be out of scope for this document) then return the server to an active state via Main Menu: Status & Manage -> HA
