Cause
The power supply was recently replaced and the fault was not cleared on the SP ILOM.
Solution
Clear the fault action for /SYS/PS1
-> set clear_fault_action=true
Are you sure you want to clear /SYS/PS1 (y/n)? y
Set 'clear_fault_action' to 'true'
Now check and confirm
-> show /SYS/PS1
/SYS/PS1
Targets:
INPUT_POWER
I_IN
I_OUT
OUTPUT_POWER
PRSNT
PWROK
V_IN
V_OUT
Properties:
type = Power Supply
ipmi_name = PS1
fru_manufacturer = Delta Electronics
fru_part_number = 7065505-01
fru_serial_number = C95495
fault_state = OK
clear_fault_action = (none)<------------------------------
Fault LED should not be present on the front panel.
