Can be detected using Fault Management Shell commands (Doc ID 1309092.1) `fmdump -eV`and 'fmadm faulty',
or in ILOM snapshot files @usr@local@bin@fmadm_faulty.out and @persist@faultdiags@ereports.log.
Both conditions must be present to match this issue, ereport.cpu.generic-sparc.gchip-uc and error-condition = DVFS_ISENSE_ERR

Solution

Apply System Firmware 9.8.4.b or greater

Patch 27437336: FIRMWARE: SPARC T8-2 SUN SYSTEM FIRMWARE 9.8.4.B

Patch 27437347: FIRMWARE: SPARC T8-4 SUN SYSTEM FIRMWARE 9.8.4.B

If symptom continues to occur after firmware upgrade, replace FRU reported by 'fmadm faulty'.
