Symptoms

Cannot launch SP/Console from ILOM redirection on KMA Servers.

Cause

T4/T7 Sparc machine ILOM has 2 choices for redirection in video or serial. Default is video and this choice would be resulted "NO DISPLAY" via browser.

X86 model is not affected by this problem. There is no Video redirection choice.

Solution

Select serial for OKM console redirection.
