Cause

Global error code: 0x8A - HE: slider blocked
  Robotic movement error: 0x40, 64

Libctrl task Error - HE: slider blocked
  Return status: 0x80 - command failed
  Global error code: 0x8A - HE: slider blocked
  Robotic movement error: 0x40, 64
  Current command: 0x15 - move cartridge

Solution

1. Remove the left and right cartridge magazines.
2. Look inside the autoloader and remove any obvious obstruction that might be preventing the accessory from functioning correctly.
3. Power-cycle the autoloader(remove the power cable from the SL24 autoloader and reinsert and check the status).
4. Run wellness test and refer below document to perform wellness test.
