Symptoms
BRIDGE_DRIVE_FAILURE - Fault Code:9024
It could be Repeated issue on same drive or a new problem in the library.
SL150 Fault Codes solution: for error code: 9024

SL150 Library Code Dictionary : 9024 "Drive has no Power Supply"
Changes
Previous drive was replaced for same issue and now repeating again.
Cause
Cause could be one of the following :
- The drive has lost Power or communication with Library.
- Error: 3317 "Bad drive state for move"
- Error: 6457 "The drive is reporting a drive error."
A Reseat of the drive is needed.
Solution
1. Do library proper shutdown from Web GUI.
2. Interchange Drive from Module-1 top (issue creating drive / suspected drive) to Module-1 Bottom Drive.
3. Re-seat the both power supply on the Base Module or on the module where drive is seated. <<--------- Because SL150 Library Code Dictionary : 9024 points to - "Drive has no Power Supply"
4. Re-seat the Robot Assembly in the Base Module. <<---------- Because SL150 Fault Codes solution for 9024 suspects Robot as well.
5. After above steps, Power ON library and waiting for 10 minutes to complete the Initialization and then check for the error.
6. If the Current library firmware at low level need to update to latest.
7. If the Current drive firmware at low level need to update to latest.
First upgrade Library firmware to latest via Library Web GUI ----->> Log into library GUI --- Firmware --- Library Firmware -- Click on Update ---- Browse and give the downloaded library firmware file path.
Second update drive firmware to latest one by one via same library Web GUI ----->> Log into library GUI --- Firmware --- Drive Firmware -- Click on Update ---- Browse and give the downloaded Drive firmware file path.
By Following all above steps one by one in same sequence, Issue could be resolved.
