Symptoms

After installation the robot will not come online and is getting "Fault code: 9128 - ROBOT_WRIST_RANGE_ERROR" messages.

The library has been checked for obstructions and none were found.

Magazines and drives were removed but the message still continues.

Cause

Failure to remove the cable clip which holds the robot cables secure during transportation.

Solution

Remove the cable clip (following image taken from the SL150 Installation Guide)....
