Symptoms

mlx4_core 0000:90:00.0: Unprivileged slave 1 is trying to execute a Subnet MGMT MAD, class 0x81, method 0x1, view=Network for attr 0x15. Rejecting
fill up os message file every one second.

Cause

We use some wrong command check IB network status at ODA 12.1.2.11

Solution

Just ignore the message at 12.1.2.11

At 12.1.2.12 we will only do this kind of check when network has issue not every second. So the message will not filled up the os message file.

At 12.2.1.2 or later we totally solve the issue.
