Bulk CAP door on rails 3 and 4 are failing to open due to the following cap errors.

FSC 7502: (FSC Match Found in Rev. FRS851)  Motor Stalled

Changes

From the log snapshot all the device.db file, when looking at the CAP table, fails to recognize the fru-info ( serial numbers of the VLX cards ).

Cause

There was some type of communication issue with the VLX cards during the installation phase of this library and the VLX cards did not properly announce to the library controller (HBC card) .

Solution

1. Swap the VLX 4 card with VLX 3 card and reboot both VLX cards.

2. Run the non disruptive diagnostic test on the associated bulk CAP doors for proper operation.
