Symptoms

After replace Hand BOT, TSM is failing during logical Audit with message ANR8788W and does not complete.
MessageError

Cause

1. CAP allocated with ejecting/entering cartridges or other host.
2. Tape Drive with cartridge mounted.

Solution

Recommendation:

   1. Cancel all activity with CAP and to leave it empty.
   2. Dismount all tape drives.
   3. Run Physical Audit (Entire library).
   4. After complete Physical Audit, Run logical Audit in backup software.
