Symptoms

HOST is not able to access SL3000 library.

Customer rebooted library but still get the warning about active cell count.

INVALID PARTITION
INACTIVE CELLS

ALL CELLS are in INACTIVE STATUS FROM ALL PARTITIONS (3)

Cause

Storage cells are in INACTIVE STATUS
 
Partition corruption
 

Solution

Delete free cell(s) from partition-1.
Verify cell status in partition report CellSummaryReport that cells are ACTIVE now.
Add previously removed cell(s) back to partition-1.
Verify main partition in SLC under System Details that is is valid now.

Vary SL3000 library back online to application and test access.
