Status Warn - AC Power OK False - DC Power OK False

SLC is reporting a library component in a failed state

Power supply has a problem

Cause

Analysis of logs detected multiple power supply failures (FSC1321) were found. No door open was found and is most likely related to external power event.

Solution

Check for external power issues and refer to Knowledge document listed for further information.
