CauseThe “object has no attribute 'reason'” message in the error above indicates that Navigator services need to be restarted in Cloudera Manager. SolutionTo resolve try restarting both the Navigator Audit Server and Navigator Metadata Server. To do so navigate in Cloudera Manager:: 1. Home > mgmt > Instances > Navigator Audit Server > Actions for Selected > Restart If the problem is not resolved, open an SR with Oracle Support.
