ChangesSince this is TVOE, no recent change may be known. TVOE host environments do not alarm on the application, but may generate a SNMP trap notification. CauseThe Symptoms are indicative of either a faulty or removed cable from the interface (either locally or on remote end), or the interface on the remote end is administratively disabled. SolutionTrace the cable, checking integrity and ensuring the connections are securely inserted in the appropriate ports at both ends. Access the remote equipment (switch or router) and check administrative and operational states. Address any problems identified. If unable to identify any issue, replace cable and/or move to another port on the remote premise equipment. Attachments This solution has no attachment |
