Created from <SR 3-15373868161> Applies to:StorageTek SL150 Modular Tape Library - Version All Versions to All Versions [Release All Releases]Information in this document applies to any platform. SymptomsBar code reader tags at least one or a few tapes as "UNREADABLE". This was not the case a few months back. Most tapes bar codes look good (not damaged). StorageTek SL150 Modular Tape Library multiple Cartridge barcodes are "UNREADABLE".
ChangesNone CauseAppears to be an issue of invalid labels stuck over the top of old labels (not permitted). SolutionReplace with new and correct format labels.
