ChangesThe array appliance kit code was upgraded to the 8.7.(0-11) version.
CauseCommands were added to the appliance kit support bundle to collect Infiniband diagnostic data. One of the commands is saquery and that command can cause this problem.
SolutionBug 26998050 has been written to investigate this issue. This bug is listed as fixed in the ak8.7.12 version and above.
If the ak code version you are running is ak8.7.0 through ak8.7.11 then:
Avoid collecting a supportbundle from the BUI or running the CLI sendbundle command.
As a workaround, a workflow is available that will correct the akbundle script to comment out the offending saquery commands. Click on this link to download the workflow: Bug26998050_akbundle-saquery.akwf Download this workflow to the affected array and run.
Once the workflow is run on the array, the akbundle script will be corrected to prevent execution of the commands causing the problem - afterwards support bundles can be safely collected. NOTE: If applying in a cluster workflow needs to be run on both heads individually. NOTE: Workflow is 10/31/17 workflow version.
