Symptoms

 SLConsole is reporting Robot is in error/unknown state and Amber LED is lit active.

Cause

 Obstruction caused by damaged lever.

Solution

Found robot interlock lever bent. Straightened. Library rebooted and 'Service Robot' LED cleared.
